At the same time JP Morgan Chase & Co. incorporated in London, Great Britain, has informed us according to the applicable requirements of the Luxembourg Transparency Law that on August 11, 2009, JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, a 100% subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase & Co. holds voting rights in GAGFAH S.A., 2-4, rue Beck, L-1222 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (German Securities Code A0LBDT, ISIN LU0269583422) amounted to 0.73 % (1,649,808 shares corresponds to 1,649,808 voting rights) on this day and that on August 11, 2009, JP Morgan Chase Funding Inc., a 100% subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase & Co. holds voting rights in GAGFAH S.A., Luxembourg, amounted to 0.01 % (14,033 shares corresponds to 14,033 voting rights) on this day.
