GAGFAH S.A. hereby announces that at the end of the month November 2011 the number of Voting Rights amounts to a total of 221,602,832 Voting Rights. The change of Total Voting Rights is effective as of November 28, 2011. The total number of shares in issue as from such date amount to 221,602,832 shares with a nominal value of € 1.25 each.
On May 11, 2012, the Company published the following announcement pursuant to Article 26 Section 1, 2nd Sentence of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) (own shares) and Article 13 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008:

GAGFAH S.A. hereby announces that as of today it holds a total of 26,343,784 treasury shares representing 11.89 % of the total number of issued shares in its share capital, reaching and passing the threshold of 10 % in treasury shares. The number of total shares in issue, including treasury shares, of 221,602,832 shares remains unchanged.
